Booking Policy & Terms:
1. Advance Payment
To confirm the booking, our company policy requires USD 100 or INR 5,000 City & Cultural Tour in Nepal. However, our policy requires 25% advance for Nepal Trekking and Tibet Tour and 100% advance for the Bhutan tour. As this has been prepared based on Minister of Finance Department rule (we would be happy to be flexible if this causes you hassle). Similarly, the balance amount of the trip, you can pay before 2 weeks to the travel date through the bank or can also settle the payment on the day of arrival in cash.
2. How to pay an advance amount
You can choose two different ways of making payment:
a. Online Payment by Card: You can make the payment by credit card or debit card through this link (link coming soon). Please note-(Our Bank or mediator bank will charge 4% additional on the transaction amount for online transfer service to the cardholder)
B. Bank Transfer:

3. Balance amount Payment
The Rest amount can be paid before 2 weeks to the travel date through Bank transfer and can also settle the balance payment here in Kathmandu on the Arrival day on Cash.
