Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu - Overnight in Kathmandu
Your Arrival Time - You will arrive at Kathmandu Airport and our representative will pick you on time and transfer you to your designated Hotel. Welcome drink and Check-In.
Day 02: Full Day Kathmandu Sightseeing (Max 7 hrs)- Overnight in Kathmandu
After Breakfast - Visit Pashupatinath Temple- World Heritage Site
Visit Patan Durbar Square - World Heritage Site
Visit Boudhanath Stupa - World Heritage Site
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara via Manakamana Temple - Overnight in Pokhara
After Breakfast: Drive to Pokhara (200 km – 7 hrs). During the route, you can visit Manakamna Temple by Cable Car which cost is addition INR 670 per person directly at the station. This ride gives breathtaking views of Hills, Mountains and rivers
Day 04: Sunrise at Sarangkot & Pokhara Sightseeing - Overnight in Pokhara

Foreign Nationality: Foreign Nationality can get the visa easily on arrival at Immigration inside Airport and it cost USD 25 for 15 days & USD 40 for 30 days visa. You can pay the visa fee at the Airport in USD or equivalent to major currencies). Please bring the original passport along with its hard copy and 2 passport size photograph. Expect to have some waiting time in the queue for obtaining your visa.
Indian Nationality: Indian nationality does not need a visa to travel to Nepal, as they have to carry either Passport or voter ID card to travel to Nepal.
In general, The best time to travel to Nepal is from February to June and September to December.
Spring Season– The second best time to visit Nepal is from March to May, as it is also starting the summer season and you will have a temperature around 24-26 degrees Celsius. This is the first peak season of the year to start cultural tours, trekking, and mountaineering in all areas.
Autumn Season: September, October, and November is the best time to visit Nepal. It is starting of the winter season as well and the temperature would be around 19-23 degrees Celsius. During this month, you mostly have very clear weather from low land to high land and can able to see the excellent of Mountains. Most of the tourists visit Nepal during this time frame.
Summer Season: June, July, and August is considered as Summer season in Nepal, as you will get the maximum temperature of 30-33 degree Celsius based on touristic destination. This season is well recommended for Cultural tours only. It is also well known for the Monsoon season, as you will face the rain on an alternate basis particularly in July and August.
Winter Season: This season includes December, January, and February, which is the third peak time to travel to Nepal. As December and February temperature would be around 15 degrees Celsius. However, January is a little colder compared with others and the temperature would be around 7-10. So, a cultural tour is perfect for this time.
Advance Payment (we would be happy to be flexible if this cause you a problem)
To confirm the booking, our company policy requires USD 100/INR 5,000 for the cultural Tour and USD 300-500 for the Trekking & adventure tour. However, we need 30% advance for the Tibet & Bhutan Tour. The balance amount, you can pay before a month or can settle on arrival day.
The Rest amount can be paid before a month of your arrival through Bank transfer or can also settle the balance payment here in Kathmandu through on Arrival.
You can cancel your trip at any time by paying a cancellation charge. We have a provision to transfer your booking to a third person without any charges. If cancellation takes place prior to arrival due to the client’s personal problems, the advance deposit amount will be forfeited.
No refund will be made for advance Payment USD 100/ INR 5,000 in case of cancellation due to clients personal reason but we are flexible to postpone your trip in any later days. However, we will refund the amount if you have paid full amount or 50% of amount of the trip, it will deduct cancellation charge on your amount.
